Layaway (Offered in Store Only)
Our Layaway (offered in store only) program offers customers the opportunity to make small payments over an extended period on eligible items. We offer Layaway for the following products: All Products Priced at $800 or more.
Terms and Conditions- (Monthly payments - 1 deposit and 3 payments)
A deposit of at least 25% of the total price of your order plus all applicable taxes, and a $35 service fee are due when the merchandise is put into layaway. You may make additional payments at any time, but payments must be made monthly as follows 50% within thirty (30) days; 75% within sixty (60) days; and the total price of your order must be paid within ninety (90) days or prior to the end of the layaway period, whichever is earlier.
- Your contract will be automatically cancelled and ordered merchandise will be returned to stock if you have not made payments of 50% within thirty (30) days; 75% within sixty (60) days; and the total price of your order must be paid within ninety (90) days or prior to the end of the layaway period, whichever is earlier.
- If the payment due date falls on a holiday, payment will be due on the following business day.
- You may pay by cash, credit card, debit card, or gift card.
- You may not make changes to this layaway order. If you no longer desire the specified merchandise you must cancel your order as long as the cancelation is before 75% of the total price is made.
- Special order items will be ordered only after 75% of the total price is made.
- You may pay the full balance on your layaway order at any time. Please note that many large, boxed items are held at off-site locations and may not be available immediately.
- Large boxed items will be made available within fourteen (14) days of final payment.
- In-store Layaway items will be made available immediately upon final payment.
- A picture ID is required for all new layaway contracts, pickups, and refunds. Layaway contracts are non-transferable.
- You may request a written record of your payments at any time. You will receive a receipt for each payment made towards the balance due.
You may cancel your layaway order any time before 75% of the total price is made by notifying the store where you made your order. You must cancel the order in person or in writing.
Your order will be automatically cancelled and ordered merchandise returned to stock:
- If you have not made payments of 50% within thirty (30) days; 75% within sixty (60) days.
- If your balance is not paid in full within ninety (90) day.
- If you do not pick up your merchandise within seven (7) days after it is made available.
A full refund less the cancellation fee will be refunded to you in person at the store where you placed your original order as long as it is done before 75% of the total price is made.
Once 75% of the total price is made and the special order item is ordered, cancelation of order will incur a charge of 50% of the total price as a re-stocking fee.
If, when you make your final payment, we are unable to provide you with the merchandise specified in the layaway contract, you will receive a full refund of the deposit and all subsequent payments made under this contract except as provided by law.
